What we can’t promise
We do not have a night porter and 24 hours staffed reception.
The best time to reach us by phone is between 8am and 6pm. After that you will speak with a service person who will take your call back details, but may not be able to give information about room capacities or you will be redirected to the answering machine, we will call back as soon as possible .
The highway is relatively close and can usually be heard. Not always and every day, depending on wind, weather and traffic.
For your event arrangement, it is best to make an appointment so that a competent staff member can guide you through the house.
A great thing is the nature around Gremmelin and the park. All guests are allowed to walk in and out barefoot or with patent leather shoes and to move around freely in other ways. So it may be that on the lakeshore shoes are “parked” or the boat is just used. Likewise, the bikes may be in use when the weather is nice. We cannot and will not manage a waiting list for use of the playground and sports equipment. Please make your own arrangements.
Four-legged friends welcome
For you as a dog owner we provide especially suitable rooms. Moreover, your dog will be pleased with the possibility of bathing in our lake. The price for your accommodation is 15,00 Euro per night and animal. Please think of treats and a blanket or a basket for your darling – so that he feels at home with us.
